ek33 Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ek33 platform and all its services. ek33 is an online entertainment platform offering cricket betting, slot games, live casino and other gaming services.

By using the ek33 website or mobile platform, creating an account, or accessing any service, you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

ek33 reserves the right to update, amend or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change is considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

To participate on the ek33 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be capable of making decisions as a responsible adult.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming is entirely prohibited.
• Each person may operate only one account.

3. Account Registration & Management

When creating an account on ek33, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false or misleading information will be terminated and any deposited funds may be confiscated.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Allowing any other person access to your account is prohibited. If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

3.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household or IP address. Any attempt to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Verification

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, ek33 may request a national identity card, passport or other valid documents. Account verification may be mandatory before withdrawals can be processed.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

ek33 supports transactions via the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All payment transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and BRAC Bank).
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• In cases of suspicious activity, ek33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ek33 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Specific terms and conditions apply to each offer.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• ek33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account in question will be closed immediately.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the ek33 platform.

6.1 Cricket & Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA events), kabaddi and various other sporting events. Betting rules:

• Any bet placed before an event begins is considered final.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, ek33 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• If match fixing or unfair advantage is found, any winnings from the relevant bet will be voided.

6.2 Slots & Casino Games

ek33 offers games from various providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI and Spribe. Gaming rules:

• The specific rules and payout structure for each game are stated within the game itself.
• In the event of a technical fault in a game, the relevant round may be voided and the bet refunded.
• Any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the software or system will result in account termination.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Betting or gaming using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Arbitrage betting using multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Collusion with other players for fraudulent activity.

7. ek33 VIP Program

The ek33 VIP program has four tiers, which you progress through based on your continued participation:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Progression to a higher tier depends on your activity on the platform. Cashback at each tier is calculated on net losses per week. The specific conditions for VIP benefits may change and ek33 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits without prior notice.

8. Responsible Gaming

ek33 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is for entertainment, not addiction.

• You can set deposit limits for yourself.
• You can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion.

12. Right to Change Terms

ek33 reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform.

If you continue using the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have automatically accepted the revised terms and conditions. Therefore, it is recommended that you visit this page regularly.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is declared invalid by a legal authority, only that provision will be void and all other provisions will remain fully in effect.
